“Permitirán garantizar la justicia social”, señala el presidente de la JUCOPO.

San Raymundo Jalpan, Oax. 8 de febrero de 2024.- Las diputadas y los diputados de las bancadas de Morena, Partido del Trabajo y Partido Verde Ecologista de México de la LXV Legislatura local, manifestaron su respaldo al paquete de 20 reformas propuestas por el presidente de la República, Andrés Manuel López Obrador.

Este miércoles, en conferencia de prensa, el presidente de la Junta de Coordinación Política (JUCOPO) de la LXV Legislatura local, Sergio López Sánchez, manifestó el respaldo y reconocimiento de las y los diputados locales hacia las iniciativas del mandatario federal.

“Desde el Congreso del Estado, los grupos parlamentarios de Morena, del Partido del Trabajo y del Partido Verde Ecologista, respaldamos y apoyamos las 20 iniciativas, 18 de ellas de reforma constitucional y dos de reformas a leyes secundarias, que tiene que ver con temas de interés nacional y para beneficio de todos los sectores de la población”, manifestó.

Añadió, además, que estos cambios permitirán garantizar la justicia social en el país, “los temas que hoy plantea en cada una de las iniciativas el Presidente de la República, son parte del sentimiento mexicano, ¿qué mexicano o mexicana que viene de origen de un pueblo o comunidad indígena no se sentiría orgulloso de que en la Constitución se reconozca a los pueblos y comunidades indígenas y afromexicanos como sujetos de derecho?, yo diría que bueno”, expresó.

De la misma manera, la legisladora Melina Hernández Sosa mencionó su apoyo a las iniciativas, como es la que busca reconocer a las comunidades como sujetos de derecho, “son temas principales que necesitaban los pueblos indígenas para desarrollarse, y eso va a marcar una nueva pauta”.

En su intervención, la diputada Tania Caballero Navarro, vocera del grupo parlamentario de Morena, comunicó los detalles de las diversas iniciativas planteadas, como la de protección a los animales, al agua, a la salud, “se va a prohibir el uso ilícito del fentanilo, así como se garantizará el derecho de protección a la salud de las personas”.

Por su parte, la congresista Nancy Benítez Zárate, informó los detalles de las iniciativas con relación al tren de pasajeros, así como las reformas en materia electoral y al Poder Judicial.

Asimismo, la legisladora Dennis García Gutiérrez aplaudió las propuestas presentadas y explicó las relacionadas con la Administración Pública Federal, y los beneficios que habrá en el rubro de pensiones, “en su oportunidad habrán de beneficiar a un gran número de mexicanos gozando de una pensión justa que le permita tener una mayor calidad de vida”.

El 5 de febrero, el presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador anunció su propuesta de una serie de iniciativas de reforma en materia electoral, social, educativa, laboral, económica y judicial.

· Preocupa al país vecino la inseguridad y la falta de certeza jurídica en las inversiones

Al concluir su gira de trabajo de siete días por Nueva York y Washington D.C., Estados Unidos, Xóchitl Gálvez Ruiz resaltó los significativos encuentros que mantuvo con la comunidad migrante, estudiantes, inversionistas, congresistas, integrantes de Centros de Investigación, líderes de opinión, representantes de medios de comunicación hispanos y con el secretario general de la Organización de los Estados Americanos (OEA), Luis Almagro.

La ingeniera destacó su recorrido por la Central de Abasto de Nueva York, donde conoció las historias de mexicanos que llevan más de 20 años trabajando en el lugar, pero por falta de un abogado, no han logrado obtener su residencia legal.

Explicó que durante los encuentros uno de sus planteamientos fue que se deben encontrar soluciones nuevas a los problemas que por años han dañado la relación bilateral entre México y Estados Unidos como son: la inseguridad, la migración y el narcotráfico.

“Yo creo que el tema que más les preocupa es la certeza jurídica en nuestro país, desde el punto de vista de inversiones y el tema de la seguridad. Esos son los dos temas que siempre salieron en la mesa, prácticamente en todas las conversaciones”, dijo en conferencia de prensa en el National Press Club, en Washington D.C.

En su visita al Congreso de Estados Unidos habló de la necesidad de contar con una Agencia Binacional y que las aduanas de ambos países trabajen de manera conjunta. “Estados Unidos siempre tiene el temor que nuestros agentes aduanales dejan pasar el fentanilo y nosotros a ellos les reclamamos que dejan pasar las armas”, agregó.

Por otra parte, reiteró la necesidad de que exista una observación electoral antes, durante y después de los comicios del próximo 2 de junio, ya que por parte del Presidente, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, existe un ataque sistemático hacia su persona.

También, expresó que las 20 iniciativas que presentó López Obrador son un atentado a la división de poderes y violentan el Tratado entre México, Estados Unidos y Canadá (T-MEC).

En estos encuentros por la Unión Americana, Xóchitl Gálvez confirmó su defensa por los derechos humanos de los migrantes, el uso de energías limpias y su lucha contra el cambio climático.

Declara Congreso terminación anticipada de mandato del edil de San Pedro Molinos

Conforme lo establece el artículo 65 Bis de la Ley Orgánica Municipal del Estado.

San Raymundo Jalpan, Oax. 7 de febrero de 2024.- Con 36 votos a favor, el Pleno de la LXV Legislatura del Congreso del Estado, declaró la terminación anticipada de mandato del presidente municipal de San Pedro Molinos, Mario Reyes Torres.

Por consiguiente, declaró procedente la designación del ciudadano Laurencio Ortiz Ortiz como edil de ese municipio de la región de la Mixteca, cuyo cargo concluirá en el año 2025.

Esta determinación de la LXV Legislatura local es con base en el acuerdo de las asambleas generales comunitarias realizadas el 2 y 9 de julio, así como el 24 de septiembre de 2023 en San Pedro Molinos, validadas mediante el acuerdo IEEPCO-CG-SIN-84/2023, en sesión del Consejo General del Instituto Estatal Electoral y de Participación Ciudadana de Oaxaca el 14 de diciembre del año pasado.

De acuerdo con el artículo 65 Bis de la Ley Orgánica Municipal del Estado de Oaxaca, se procederá a la terminación anticipada del mandato cuando se reúnan cinco requisitos entre los cuales destacan: que haya transcurrido como mínimo la tercera parte del mandato, sea solicitada al menos por el 30 por ciento del número de integrantes de la asamblea que eligió a las autoridades, la terminación anticipada del período de las autoridades indígenas es aprobada por la Asamblea y el IEEPCO, para que posteriormente el Congreso local proceda a declarar dicha terminación anticipada, mediante decreto aprobado por mayoría simple.

Por otra parte, el Pleno de la LXV Legislatura local también aprobó con 34 votos a favor, la designación de Alberto Tapia Sanjuan como regidor de Hacienda del municipio de Santiago Yolomécatl, Teposcolula, por un período de 366 días naturales contados a partir del 1 de enero y hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2024.

Lo anterior, derivado de la solicitud de licencia por causa justificada, presentada por el regidor de Hacienda propietario, Jorge Hernández Gutiérrez.
